Please click the link below to see the agenda for the September 16, 2009 PNC meeting. Note the two presentations slated on the agenda and the amount of time we are allotting for each; these are two important items and we wish to do due diligence in granting sufficient time for us to engage with them in these presentations.

Also as of this writing, I have not received any word of a standing committee meeting prior to our general meeting. I would ask that Board members refer to our Standing Rules document (I sent it out last month) so that you will become familiar with our established guidelines and policy(ies) for committee meetings and how to request getting items placed on the agenda for future meetings, etc. If you do not have the Standing Rules document, please reply accordingly and I will get it to you when I send out the minutes for review and correction before Wednesday's meeting.
