Mission Statement .
The PNC, a culturally diverse community, seeks to improve the quality of life by promoting participation in city governance and facilitating the delivery of City services and to empower stakeholders through the sharing of information and education. Whereas, Pacoima will ultimately become a greater community.

PNC Committees meet to discuss programs, make recommendations, and prepare written reports to be submitted to the PNC Board of Directors for consideration. The five (5) committees are:

Housing, Economic Development, and Land Use Committee
Public Safety and Health Committee
Community Outreach and Communications
Arts and Culture
Education and Youth Development

Ad-Hoc Committees

Grievance Committee
Election Committee
Bylaws Committee

(Ad-Hoc is a term used for temporary and or as-needed)

All organizations, businesses, individual residents and stakeholders of Pacoima are eligible for voting membership in all committees of the Council.
