Mission Statement .
The PNC, a culturally diverse community, seeks to improve the quality of life by promoting participation in city governance and facilitating the delivery of City services and to empower stakeholders through the sharing of information and education. Whereas, Pacoima will ultimately become a greater community.

Mission Statement: Mission Statement; The PNC Finance Committee will keep the Pacoima Neighborhood Council and the Community informed of all financial matters, such as; set up othe annual spending budget for all the PNC Committies and their Goals, submit monthly spending reports at the General PNC Board Meetings, submit quarterly reports to D.O.N.E., answer questions and make available the PNC finance records. All meetings are open to the public.
