The PNC, a culturally diverse community, seeks to improve the quality of life by promoting participation in city governance and facilitating the delivery of City services and to empower stakeholders through the sharing of information and education. Whereas, Pacoima will ultimately become a greater community.

Housing, Economic Development and Land Use

HEDLUC's mission is to work with developers to ensure our community receives the best planning product by ensuring developers adhere to Pacoima's Community Plan, environmental guidelines, and consistent esthetic value, to offer comprehensive research and study of current planning guidelines for the City of Los Angeles and the State of California for environmentally sound and affordable projects that are consistent with those of our community.

Annual project: BEAUTIFICATION

We will work to beautify Pacoima and work with our surrounding neighbors, if necessary, to ensure the success of this project.
